Fashion Design Marketplace Program

USAID-SEED is supporting integration of MSMEs in selected value chains; including readymade garments (RMG). One of the identified constraints for MSMEs integration in value chains is lack of access to new fashion and design concepts.

The program was implemented in cooperation between the USAID-SEED and the Fashion and Design Center, with the aim of funding Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development Program

  • The Fashion Market Program was implemented in cooperation with an Italian international expert Pier Luigi Mosconi.

Outcomes:

Enhancing the ability of garment manufacturers to create an independent identity and modern designs for local and international markets.

Building the capacity of the fashion and Design center to cooperate with garment manufacturers of SME’s.

Helping students and graduates of the fashion Design center to understand the requirements of the markets and providing designs adapted to the needs of the domestic and international market.
